Tasting Notes
Beautifully rich and dark in colour, it has a lush, black and red fruit aromas with satisfying earthy structure. Round, with a great body.
The Producer
Navarran wines are criminally underrated and PdV are the leaders of Navarran wine production in the UK. The name Sabina is taken from the indigenous Spanish juniper tree grown locally in Navarra, recognisable for its horizontal growing, almost ‘storm-battered’ look.
Vinification
The grapes ferment at 25ºC for 10 days after which the must is bled so that alcoholic fermentation is not made in contact with the skins.
