Question Do I have to order a full case of wine and can I mix and match?

You can do whatever you like. We want you to be able to freely select what suits you. You can order a single bottle if that’s what you would prefer and pay no more in delivery than if you order 3,4,5,6 bottles or more. Delivery rates are stated above, free next day delivery on a spend of £150

Question Why is it more expensive to order one bottle?
Answer

It costs us more money to pick orders that have a big selection of bottles and to ensure the order is correct. We try and absorb as much as possible of this cost and it is just over a pound more for this flexibility. We pass on those savings when you buy a case of a product.

Question Do I need to be a member to place an order?
Answer

No, you don’t. It is easier if you are for both yours and our tracking purposes. Membership signup is quick and easy and we promise not to send you spam emails.

Question If I buy a gift can I include a personalised message?
Answer

Absolutely. Just include a note with your message on the ‘order instructions’’ box when checking out and we will include a note in the box.

Question Can I buy vouchers as a gift?
Answer

Absolutely! There are vouchers in the main shop page you can checkout with and receive your voucher code by email.

Question Is your credit card processing secure and safe?
Answer

It certainly is. We chose our provider very carefully. Stripe is one of the largest and most advanced credit card processors in the world, handling millions of transactions a day. We have been delighted with them so far. If you are still not comfortable you are welcome to pay by bank transfer if you would prefer. Just select this option when checking out.

Question When will my order be delivered?
Answer

We will deliver to you within 1-3 working days. You’ll get a text to your mobile phone to let you know it’s on its way (please remember to include your mobile number with the order!).
