Intense straw yellow in colour, this elegant white wine opens with delicate floral aromas of elderflower and wisteria, complemented by notes of dried and exotic fruits with a subtle mineral character. On the palate, vibrant fruit flavours lead to a fresh, savoury finish with a refined hint of bitter almond.

Today the founder of Savian’s grandson, William Savian, manages what has developed into 42 hectare estate located between the Livenza and Tagliamento Rivers, where the provinces of Venice, Pordenone and Treviso meet. A forward thinking family and business, Savian have always been fully committed to the environment and for this reason, in 1993, they became one of the first certified organic producers in the region. The estate’s calcareous clay soil, rich in shallow carbonate, provides the perfect environment for low- intervention, organic, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Grigio and Lison Classico (Tocai Friulano).
