The Wine

Our Rosé Réserve is carefully crafted from a unique assemblage of four different vineyards and five different blending components of Pinot Noir and barrique fermented Chardonnay. A small amount of Pinot Noir fruit is left to ripen on the vine and then fermented in the Burgundian style to give this wine its gorgeous colour and rich red fruit character.

Tasting Notes

The Rosé Réserve Brut is salmon pink in colour, with a soft, finepearled mousse and persistent effervescence, notes of strawberry, red fruits, peach, nectarine and a floral touch of rose petals delight the palate. With lovely aroma persistence and a bright, lemony finish, this is a lively wine with fruity focus and balanced acidity.
