Such brightness and perfume here! Blueberry fruit, blackberry cordial, blackcurrant fruit gummies, white pepper and baking spice on the nose. The palate is elegant and silken, with the sweet and savoury elements gently sparring for attention. Impeccably balanced.
The Producer
Tom Carson (Previously Yering Station) is not making wine to show off. His aim is to produce an outstanding quality wine with the respect of the grape variety character at the honest price. He sourced the grape from premium, fine growers in Yarra Valley. Tom’s winemaking skills are as pure and precise as befits his reputation.
