Today the founder of Savian’s grandson, William Savian, manages what has developed into 42 hectare estate located between the Livenza and Tagliamento Rivers, where the provinces of Venice, Pordenone and Treviso meet. A forward thinking family and business, Savian have always been fully committed to the environment and for this reason, in 1993, they became one of the first certified organic producers in the region.

After the selection of the best grapes from the vineyards, fermentation takes place at temperature of 14 ° C to obtain a fine perlage. This technique allows to have delicate and particularly pleasant aromas.
