Lunardi Merlot is a fruity varietal wine, pleasantly balanced, juicy and well structured. Cherry notes dominate the nose, with delicate hints of violet. Hints of eucalyptus follow on the finish.

After a careful selection of grapes with proper sugar content, the vinification process takes place with the Ganimede system: grape skins and wine are continuously mixed in order to extract colour and tannins. The resulting wine is aged in steel casks to preserve its fruity features.
