Jorge Piernas Bodegas y Viñedos was born from the respect and deep love that Juan Piernas instilled in his family for wine. Since 1940, the family has been involved in the world of wine, but his grandson, Jorge Piernas, brought his family’s dream to life.

In 2015, Jorge Piernas acquired his first Monastrell vineyards in the mountainous region of Bullas, Murcia. He is a small-scale, site-driven producer, focusing primarily on Monastrell, guided by minimal intervention and respect for the fruit.
