Gewurztraminer 2022, Bon Courage, Robertson

This is a full bodied complex dry white wine with lots of delicate aromatic aromas of spices and rose petals, with a long finish on the palette. Made to be enjoyed now or within 18 months. This wine is perfectly paired with spicy dishes.

Situated between the Breede River and Langeberg mountains in Robertson, lies Bon Courage Wine Estate. Here, the Bruwer
family, produce a selection of fine wines, ranging from noble whites, classic reds and fortified dessert wines to the elegant and
award winning Cap Classique sparkling wines.

The grapes were harvested at full ripeness and had skin contact for 3-5 hour. After fermentation the wine was kept on the lees for 3 weeks.
