Château de Cossé is a historic estate located in the village of Chaudefonds-sur-Layon, in the Loire Valley region of France. The estate dates back to the 16th century and has been owned by the Cossé-Brissac family for over 400 years. Nicknamed the “Giant of the Loire Valley”, the Château de Brissac is the highest castle in France.
