The Sartarelli farm entered the business in the mid-60s and, at first, the entire wine production was handed over to other wineries. With the passing of the years and some revealing meetings, the passion and the attachment to the products of the land prompted the company to vinify the grapes on their own in 1972. The choice right away was to enhance the Verdicchio, an autochthonous vine of this region, to the point of focusing all production on it. Of course, a courageous choice, but rewarded over the years with numerous awards and recognitions, which have made Sartarelli one of the reference names for the production of quality Verdicchio.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, very bright. It has a fragrant nose of spring flowers, elderberry, thyme, apple, fish and fresh almonds. In the mouth the body is well dressed with a lively freshness, with a coherent and pleasant sapid-mineral closure that accompanies a good persistence.
