Prum Solitar Riesling Trocken from the Mosel is made from a selection of grapes from some of the top vineyard sites in Germany’s Mosel region. It is made in a dry style whilst retaining the lovely floral fresh notes of the Riesling grape. The juice is fermented for four weeks in stainless steel tanks then bottled under screwcap to preserve its fresh, youthful character.
