Cuvée Végane Pinot Blanc Nature 2023, Domaine Mittnacht

The nose is buttery and floral. It is a dry wine, drinkable thanks to this slight freshness which lasts throughout the tasting. The aromas are reminiscent of yellow flowers, but also white-fleshed fruits.

This domaine is run by Christophe and his charming wife Yuka, a talented Japanese chef.

They were one of the first domaines in Alsace to convert to biodynamic viticulture in 1999. Christophe believes in minimum intervention, and allowing the soil to express the minerality of each terroir. These wines are super gastronomical, pure fruit, sharp acidity and lovely minerality.
